Flow back to beurs
Dear fellow drifters,The first Beursschouw-slipstream is here to pull us gently back in, with performance, music, an exhibition and films by voices that – more than ever – need to be heard. As the summer sun disappears over the horizon, the lights of your ‘schouwburg are slowly but surely starting to twinkle once again. You can already find tickets bobbing around on our website. Let’s flow back together this September. WE’VE MISSED YOU SO, SO MUCH!!! Your B.

On 28 August our building was basking in red light because of Red Alert, a protest initiated by the cultural sectors in the UK and the Netherlands. The cultural and events sectors are on the brink of disaster. The sector demands equal treatment in order to be able to get back to work in a sustainable way. This protest is also a call to all politicians to show more concern for the cultural sector and to value it for what it is worth – to everyone in our society.
