White On The Outside Woke On The Inside is a think tank wherein participants will define for themselves what it means to be white through personal stories and group discussions. 

Those in attendance will speak about their knowledge of the origins of race, racism, while examining how Whiteness impacts their lives in this present moment, and finally imagining the future of Whiteness. This workshop has been designed for people who are identified as White, or for people who recognise their Whiteness.
