The festival SAPERE AUDE! Dare to know!, zooms in on protest as a verbal and performative artistic expression and aims to pose a few pertinent questions about art in relation to activism, protest and politics.

SAPERE AUDE! Dare to know! takes the collection of essays But is it Art? The Spirit of Art as Activism by the American Nina Felshin as a reference point in order to reflect about symbolism and artistically enacted ‘actions’ today.
