Tocki von Arnim en Bettina von Arnim wonen in hetzelfde huis. Ze spreken niet dezelfde taal, lijken niet op elkaar en toch zijn ze een twee-eenheid. In My Dog is My Piano schetst Antonia Baehr een akoestisch portret van de affiniteit tussen haar moeder en haar hond. In hoeverre kan hun huis gelezen worden als een partituur van samenleven tussen mens en dier? Welke taal ontstaat uit dit dagelijkse duet van gaan en komen?
