Voor haar nieuwste project YOUYOUYOU werkt Myriam van Imschoot samen met tien vrouwen die vertrouwd zijn met de zaghareet, of ‘youyou’ in het Frans. De zaghareet is een kreet van intense vreugde, veelal te horen in moslim-culturen op huwelijken, geboorten, etc. Via migraties klinkt de kreet ook wereldwijd in andere contexten door.
